ITOSPERSE HW dyes are a range of alkali clearable disperse dyes for Polyester and Polyester/Cellulosic blends which give superior wash fastness results for tests which include alkali at 50ºC or 60ºC.
Ideal for the most demanding end users including workwear and sportswear and for high quality retailers such as Marks & Spencer.
These dyes are suitable for Exchaust, Continuous Pad Thermosol and many are also suitable for Printing.

| 0.5g/l Itoquest LJ3-12 | |
| 0.5g/l Itolube 30D | |
| 0.5g/l Itosolt LJ550 | |
| Acetic Acid to give pH 4.5 | |
| 3% Anti-reducing agent | |
| Method : | Heat to 50ºC. |
| Add chemicals, run for 5 minutes. | |
| Add dyes, run for 10 minutes. | |
| Check pH (4.5 – 5). | |
| Heat at 2ºC/min to 130ºC. | |
| Run for 40 to 60 minutes. | |
| Cool at 2ºC/min to 80ºC. | |
| Drop liquor and rinse. | |
| Reduction clear as required. | |

The fastness is given for untreated undefined.
