ITOMILLING MF dyes are monosulphonated milling dyes that are used for level dyeing on wool or nylon and blends.
They show much superior fastness properties than traditional level dyeing acid dyes.

0.5g/l Itoquest LJ3-12 | |
Acetic Acid to give pH 4.5-6 | |
0.5-3% Itoleveller WOPA | |
Method : | Heat to 40ºC. |
Add Acetic acid to give desired pH, run for 10 minutes. | |
Add chemicals, run for 5 minutes. | |
Add dyes, run for 5 minutes. | |
Heat at 2ºC/min to 100ºC. | |
Run for 40 to 60 minutes. | |
Cool at 2ºC/min to 60ºC. | |
Drop liquor and rinse. | |
