ITOSPERSE ECF dyes are a compact range of ECO friendly disperse dyes suitable for high performancedyeing of di-acetate and tri-acetate fabrics.

0.5g/l Itoquest LJ3-12 | |
0.5g/l Itolube 30D | |
0.5g/l Itosolt LJ550 | |
Acetic Acid to give pH 4.5 | |
Method : | Heat to 50ºC. |
Add chemicals, run for 5 minutes. | |
Add dyes, run for 10 minutes. | |
Check pH (4.5 – 5). | |
Heat at 2ºC/min to exhaustion temperature. | |
(di-acetate – 80-90°C) | |
(tri-acetate – 110-115°C) | |
Run for 40 to 60 minutes. | |
Cool at 2ºC/min to 80ºC. | |
Drop liquor and rinse | |
Reduction clear as required | |
